Corporate Accountant

System One has partnered with a local organization to assist them in their search for a talented Corporate Accountant. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in financial reporting, month-end close, and leading an accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Accountant or similar role, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (experience with ERP systems is preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
