Description The position is responsible for leading and overseeing the business development activities for the company. The individual we are seeking should be a dynamic and strategic leader who can drive growth and expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare business development with experience supporting pharmaceutical companies. They must have a proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships, alliances, and building client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry with patient engagement and clinical trial support.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives, physicians, administrators, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal team and engage with the prospect companies to develop and execute strategic agreements to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts, agreements, and partnerships that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Drive product development initiatives by gathering customer feedback and market insights to inform decision-making and help inform.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness, establish connections and engage with prospects.
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and business cases to potential clients and partners.
Monitor and track sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to optimize business development strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, sales, or marketing roles.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and clinical trials, including healthcare regulations, trends, and market dynamics.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
