They must have a proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships, alliances, and building client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry with patient engagement and clinical trial support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives, physicians, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal team and engage with the prospect companies to develop and execute strategic agreements to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts, agreements, and partnerships that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Drive product development initiatives by gathering customer feedback and market insights to inform decision-making and help inform.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness, establish connections and engage with prospects.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and business cases to potential clients and partners.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to optimize business development strategies.
- Ad-hoc activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, sales, or marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and clinical trials, including healthcare regulations, trends, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish highly preferred
