- Work with Lead technician to schedule equipment /software upgrades.
- Work closely with Department Managers to coordinate schedules with team members.
- Work with managers at remote manufacturing sites to schedule upgrades
- Maintain schedules and calendars in Outlook
- Track time and expenses
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Reliable / Dependable / Self-starter
- 3-5 years of Administrative experience
