IT Project Manager :
- Lead and manage implementation projects for new banking platform initiatives
- Drive project execution focusing on customer experience improvements and platform scalability
- Conduct and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders
- Coordinate with service integrators, partners, and vendors
- Monitor and manage project budgets and forecasts
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
- Project management experience in banking or financial services technology
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital banking solutions
- Experience with banking platforms and financial technology implementations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of continuous deployment practices
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination experience
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
