Responsibilities:
Provide laboratory support following appropriate working practices, SOPs and regulations to carry out all assigned tasks in a bioanalytical laboratory. You will maintain laboratory equipment and inventory levels for reagent/supplies as well as a clean and orderly work area and may perform minor laboratory experiments under supervision.

Responsibilities:
Provide laboratory support following appropriate working practices, SOPs and regulations to carry out all assigned tasks in a bioanalytical laboratory. You will maintain laboratory equipment and inventory levels for reagent/supplies as well as a clean and orderly work area and may perform minor laboratory experiments under supervision.
- Prepare reagents and buffers used within the ADG lab to support all assay development activities.
- Inventories, orders and receives lab supplies and reagents, as needed.
- Uses the ELN for data documentation purposes (buffer preparation and reagent tracking).
- Supervises temperature-controlled storage units (freezers, refrigerators, incubators, etc.).
- Responsible for maintenance of lab equipment and organization of equipment records and for archiving general lab documentation (i.e. equipment logbooks, equipment records, etc.).
- Responsible for general lab organization/cleaning.
- Ensures compliance, as appropriate, for all laboratory work and documentation in accordance with working practices, company SOPs and regulations.
- Cross collaboration with Quality Assurance & Auditing and Quality Control Groups to provide any requested documentation.
- Responsible for their own safety in the laboratory, as well as for the safety of co-workers and visitors.
- May train on bioanalytical methods and perform development experiments under direct supervision.
- BS Degree life science preferred
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles
- Pipetting, pH meter
- Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
- A service-oriented mindset, a strong attention to detail and a curiosity about science is required.
- Strong initiative and drive to complete ambitious tasks and learn new technologies related to formulation development.
- Capable of multi-tasking, working both independently and within a team environment.
