Job Summary: The Lead Integrations Analyst is responsible for working within a team environment to analyze, document, and design integration solutions which adhere to company requirements. The incumbent within this role works within an established system architecture to ensure integrations meet company technical standards. The Lead Integrations analyst is responsible for leadership, guidance, and support of integration projects and activities.
Essential Functions:
Manages employee, contract, and partner personnel.
Provides oversight of integration tools such as Boomi and AWS SQS/SNS and enforcing company standards.
Develops frontend and backend APIs/Web Services solutions using Middleware integration tools and API Management Tools to integrate disparate business systems in multi-tier environments to meet business requirements and deliver on-time with excellent quality.
Serves as a reference point for escalated system issues.
Designs and develops integration capabilities between various data sources/systems throughout company using Boomi, AWS, or other middleware as needed.
Builds, configures, and maintains interfaces.
Troubleshoots and analyzes integration related issues.
Leads data integration business requirement discussions with stakeholders; ensuring clear documentation of business requirements.
Evaluates and manages security risks in solution design and development.
Creates required artifacts for Best Practices, Standards, Procedures and Guidelines, Code Reviews etc.
Ensures appropriate communication of project status, deliverables, and features between teams within projects and with the PMO as needed.
Provides production support, troubleshoot and resolve systems issues.
Guides stakeholders through user acceptance testing of data integration.
Manages concurrent responsibilities across multiple projects.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience in full stack of Middleware Integration Tool (Boomi) Java or .Net frameworks, C#, Web Servers (IIS, Apache), Caching, SQL, REST/SOAP API, API Management Tool, Node.js, JavaScript, XPath, XSLT, WCF, Micro Services, jQuery, Scripting (WMI, PowerShell), CSS3, HTML5, JSON, OOP, and Web Application Development framework is preferred.
2 years of current and hands-on experience with integration platforms.
Project management and excellent communication skills, including the ability to write project plans and reports.
Ability to solve complex technical problems and design robust, scalable integration solutions. Advanced competency in object-oriented design, data structures, integration design patterns, and complexity analysis.
Experience with the entire integration development lifecycle from Design and Build to Governance and Management.
Ability to communicate in both technical and business environments.
Ability to plan, execute, and measure high-impact projects.
Minimum of 1 year management experience with both employee and contracting resources.
