The Lead (Power BI) Data Analyst will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of data analytics, visualization, and reporting technology, which supports critical business operations between customers, suppliers, and the client, in such a way as to meet and exceed the company's objectives by performing the following duties.

Summary & Responsibilities:
The Lead (Power BI) Data Analyst will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of data analytics, visualization, and reporting technology, which supports critical business operations between customers, suppliers, and the client, in such a way as to meet and exceed the company's objectives by performing the following duties.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be local to Atlanta, GA
- Bachelor's/Tech School degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or equivalent and/or commensurate years of real-world experience in data analytics.
- 7 years of relevant experience in data management
- 5 years in data analysis with hands-on delivery of business insights via BI platforms
- 3 years of experience with Cloud based DW such as Redshift, Snowflake, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in data consumption and visualization design using design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (PowerBI etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), and programming (R, Python, or JavaScript/D3 frameworks)
- Knowledge of statistics, and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, R, PowerBI.)
- Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques experience with performance analysis and optimization experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with analytics notebooks
- Experience with AWS & Snowflake cloud services
- PowerBI & other Data analytics certification is a plus
- Others: MicroStrategy, SQL, AWS, R, Python, Dashboard Design Best Practices /Human Factor Considerations
