Responsibilities
- Coordinate cocoa bean logistics with Master Bean Blender
- Ensure smooth shipping operations and schedules
- Serve as main contact for shipping/logistics
- Monitor shipments, timelines, and productivity
- Maintain detailed records and file documents
- Direct drivers for inbound/outbound movements
- Ensure timely stock transfers and safety compliance
- Resolve shipment and inventory issues efficiently
- Account for all containers and trailers
- Promote safe working environment and food safety
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; AA/AS or BA/BS degree preferred
- 2 years inventory control experience, food industry focus preferred
- Proven forklift driving experience
- ERP experience required, SAP preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills
- Knowledge of logistics safety standards, regulations, and policies
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
