Responsibilities:

- Lead project controls activities across various industries, including Oil & Gas (O&G), Process, Metals, and Refinery Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Primavera P6 schedules for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and milestones.
- Oversee cost estimation, budget management, and forecasting for projects, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Access to generate accurate customer cost reports.
- Implement and maintain Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to monitor project performance and facilitate effective cost and schedule control, integrating learnings from previous EVMS development for improved efficiency.
- Provide Project Controls expertise and support for Oil & Gas midstream projects, including well connection pipeline construction and scaffolding activities, leveraging Primavera P6 experience for comprehensive project management.
- Mentor and train engineers on project management processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency, emphasizing the use of Primavera P6 for enhanced project controls proficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience in project controls within the EPC industry, with a track record of success in managing projects, including proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Access, and EVMS tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to effectively manage project costs, schedules, and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
