Sourcing Assistant (Recruiting)

System One is currently seeking a Sourcing Assistant (Recruiting) for a full-time position.
Sourcing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Partners with Recruiters and Account Managers to go over hiring needs, position specifications, and search/skill set requirements.
- Extensive sourcing through resumes to find candidates, which fit all requirements of the open requisition by using job boards, social media, etc.
- Creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings.
- Pre-screening candidates for recruiters to review salary requirements, job details, etc.
Sourcing Assistant Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be good with internet search
- Must not be afraid of the phones
- Experience using MS Office preferred
- Computer skills a MUST
Duration: Full-Time position
Salary : $16 - $20
