Job Title Wind Turbine GE (LOTO) Technician Pay Rate Based on experience, Per Diem, Truck and PPE provided Location : Various locations across the USA (100% Travel) Summary System One is currently hiring GE LOTO certified wind technicians.
This position requires you to apply your electro-mechanical skills and experience in determining, performing, and the inspection of maintenance and repair requirements for assigned Wind Turbines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform diagnosis and repair to Wind Turbines as directed by the Site Supervisor and prepare and maintain proper documentation to support the repairs, to include parts usage and time worked Perform quality control inspections on repairs and maintenance functions provided by maintenance or repair sub-contractors Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment.
Performs mainly pre-defined, technical tasks (for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely.
The individual must carry at least a valid GE LOTO certification. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
