Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in Evaluation and Solution of Potential Field Problems
Acting as the Liaison via Phone and Email between Home Owners, Sub Contractors, & Employees
Coordinating and Managing Multiple Active Job Site Schedules
Tracking All Jobs in Progress
Completing & Sending Out PO's Within Appropriate Time Frames
Being Responsible for Deposits and Submitting Financing for Job Sites
Ordering the Materials Needed to Complete Projects
Keeping Our Commitments through Proactive Attention to Detail and Execution
Experience & Skills:
Customer Service Oriented
Able to Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously while Remaining in Awareness of Completion Dates with an Understanding of Time Management
Able to Easily Adapt to Time Sensitive Deadlines, with Frequently Changing Priorities in a Customer Satisfaction Driven Environment
Able to Set and Achieve Monthly Goals & Budgets
Laser Focused with High Attention to Detail
Prideful in all Job Tasks, Big or Small
Superior in Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc.)
Knowledgeable in the Construction Industry (a plus but not mandatory)
Preferably Bi-lingual (Spanish a plus but not mandatory)
College Educated
