Job Description
ONSITE POSITION
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- GIS technicians make maps and customized GIS applications and manipulate data to serve a variety of purposes. They read and interpret maps, manipulate, and understand digital land data, and manage data entered into the GIS database.
- Taking in a lot of field information and turning it into GIS, converts as-built data into GIS ensuring the quality and turnaround time metrics are met. Create maps, drawings, and reports for internal and external customers.
Ideal Skillset:
- Arc GIS experience
- Strong excel, and Microsoft office suite
- AutoCAD Experience/knowledge
- ArcGIS Experience/knowledge
