Project Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement project plans, including goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets - Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders - Manage project resources effectively to ensure timely completion of deliverables - Track project expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place - Collect and analyze data to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement - Provide project leadership by guiding team members and facilitating effective communication - Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices Skills: - Strong process management skills with the ability to design and optimize program processes - Proficiency in process mapping techniques to identify areas of improvement - Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation - Knowledge of lean principles and methodologies for continuous improvement - Familiarity with Project Server or similar project management software - Proficient in using Smartsheet or other project management tools for planning and tracking purposes - Excellent project leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Strong cost control abilities to manage project budgets effectively - Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting If you are a highly organized individual with a proven track record in successful project management, we invite you to apply for this position. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
