This position's responsibilities will include: room scheduling, checking in with attorneys and staff on what is needed and who is handling what (valet, office services, etc.), organizing depositions, assisting with budget and paying bills, overseeing conference center, monitoring meetings, calling for repairs, processing invoices, finding support for events, keeping and coding receipts, working closely with security to monitor guests and visitors, tracking loaner badges, maintaining visitor logs.. It is a catch-all role to support the functioning of the Pittsburgh office.
Experience/qualifications: 1-2 years of administrative experience. NOT looking for RICOH background. Hospitality experience is key. Candidate must be comfortable handling confrontation and emergencies. Associate's degree is preferred. Candidate must be professional and polished, proactive, accountable, adaptable, outgoing, and must have fantastic communication skills (written and verbal). A legal background is a plus. Event planning experience is a plus.
