Entry-Level Cyber Security Analyst 15190
SYSTEMTEC is assisting our client in filling an entry-level cyber security analyst position. This is a contract opportunity that, for the right candidate, will allow for growth, and a chance to get their foot in the door of a cyber security department! Candidates must be well-spoken, professional, and have cursory knowledge/experience with vulnerability scanning tools, firewalls, and SQL/Oracle databases.
Required Qualifications of the Entry-Level Cyber Security Analyst:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Some exposure to/ experience with vulnerability scanning tools, SQL, and Oracle. Exposure to firewall management is highly preferred!
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Cyber Security Analyst:
- Review firewall requests.
- Research and assess newly released vulnerabilities.
Work Location: 75% remote- based in Upstate, SC area. Candidates should be comfortable commuting to Clemson/Anderson SC area as-needed.
