CACI is seeking a CDRL Manager to provide support services to the NAVSEA Program Office for International Unmanned & Small Combatants, specifically the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This position is located in Washington DC.
What You’ll Get to Do
Provide support services to the NAVSEA Program Office for International Unmanned & Small Combatants, specifically the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Specific duties will include the following:
Assist with monitoring and execution of large multi-billion-dollar contracts (ship building, weapons systems development, training, etc.)
Manage Contract Date Requirements List (CDRL) Receipt and Review Process
Develop revisions to CDRL Form 1423s
Coordinate with Industry to ensure contract deliverables (CDRL Deliveries) are met on time and within budget
Ensure all CDRL submissions and responses are posted on the program's CDRL Management site (iNAVSEA)
Maintain CDRL SharePoint site on iNAVSEA
Assist with development and coordination of Contractual Correspondence, Technical Instructions, and Contracts Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs) as required
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
US Citizen
Active Secret Clearance
BA or BS degree
5 years of experience supporting US Navy / DoD contracting activities
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DoD 5000 series regulations and laws, executive orders, statutes, policies, and principles of acquisition planning
Ability to work effectively with program managers, project officers, and technical subject matter experts analyzing contract requirements to ensure deliverables are met
Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint abilities and ability to create draft presentations for program office staff
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience supporting NAVSEA Program Offices or Contracts Organizations
Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program
Understanding of various contract types and acquisition approaches (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, full & open, blanket purchase agreements, etc.)
Experience in drafting Acquisition documentation, to include Acquisition Strategies and Acquisition Plans
Experience in assisting government contract officers with the development of contract files and documentation
Possession of excellent customer responsiveness, adaptability, and flexibility skills
Possession of excellent resilience skills in the face of challenges or obstacles
DAWIA or FAC-C Certifications
