SCOPE: The Commodity Manager will be responsible for high-level management of a global supply base and should identify opportunities to leverage cost, quality and other metrics across multiple users (sites).

SCOPE: The Commodity Manager will be responsible for high-level management of a global supply base and should identify opportunities to leverage cost, quality and other metrics across multiple users (sites).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use data to drive decisions on supplier selection and negotiation of contract terms
- Manage a global set of suppliers in selected commodity of transportation and other mobile equipment
- Drive supply base to reach goals related to quality and cost improvement
- Understand and lead sourcing efforts using inputs from internal departments and external supply chain trends
- Create/manage strategic plan with 3-5 year outlook
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing a global supply base and leading international supply chain projects
- Experience with transportation and mobile equipment commodities
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization including executive leadership
Salary : $78,000 - $98,700
