Marketing Project Coordinator:
It’s a great time to work for T-CETRA! T-CETRA is a leading financial technology enabler that converts cash payments into secure, auditable, cashless transactions at over 10,000 retail locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico that primarily serve cash preferred customers. We are expanding our operations and are in need of an energetic and organized professional who will report to our Marketing Campaign Strategist. This individual will arrange and coordinate special events, projects, and mailings. Research, maintain and report on marketing data to aid management in determining marketing direction. Assist in creating materials used for proposals, correspondence and presentation materials and reports. Support marketing day-to-day operations. including media campaigns, promotions, and projects.
Marketing project coordinator Responsibilities:
- Responsible for disseminating info to team members and communicating any/all campaign updates and change requests in a timely manner.
- Manage eCommerce (tech/prepaid/wireless) digital product content projects through all stages (concept, production, approvals, release, and invoicing) working closely worth Marketplace, sales and IT teams and will need to be familiar with the company and products/verticals and will need to develop a working knowledge of the industry and our computers to ensure that the end project is produced in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
- Must have an acute attention to detail and be a “go-getter” type able to multi-task and possess the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prefer experience managing creative and production digital design projects.
- Must possess strong project management and communication skills. Superior organizational skills required with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Must be able to manage complexity and a large volume of products and projects with competing deadlines and be able to successfully prioritize as needed.
- Manage projects to successfully meet deadlines and deliverables, create and manage project schedules and timelines and report progress to key stakeholders. responsible for managing relationships w/internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are clearly communicated
- this role will likely be the main point of contact for both internal/external info gathering, reviews, approvals, etc.
- work closely with Design Lead, Communication Manager, department head to determine capacity to take on projects, determine timelines, update calendars, and communicate expectations across departments.
- Schedule and manage meetings as required.
- Manage project budget tracking and reporting.
- Manage miscellaneous projects as assigned.
- Responsible for tracking/attaining approvals on deliverables
- Be able to communicate with multiple team members across different departments regularly
Marketing Project Coordinator Experience:
• 1 years of Project Management and Marketing Experience
• Ability to manage internal processes, communicate project needs and obtain results in an ever-changing environment.
• Must be self-motivated and possess forward-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated project management experience with ability to problem solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management and proofreading skills.
