We have an immediate need for an Entry Level Recruiter to join our firm. The Entry Level Recruiter will be tasked with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions within their company or client organization. Junior recruiters may also be responsible for presenting potential candidates to hiring managers, helping them prepare for interviews, and providing other support throughout the recruitment process.
You will join a dynamic team of professionals and will initially work under the supervision of a senior colleague. As you gain experience, you will be given more autonomy to run projects independently.
Entry Level Recruiter Responsibilities
- Interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications for a specific position
- Reviewing resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to determine if candidates meet minimum qualifications for the position
- Scheduling interviews with candidates based on the needs of hiring managers
- Researching market trends to identify new opportunities and threats to existing markets
- Maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure they are satisfied with the experience
- Identifying and contacting potential candidates who may be interested in open positions
- Educating candidates about the company and its culture to help them decide whether they would be interested in working there
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers to ensure all candidates are screened consistently
- Following up with candidates after interviews to provide feedback on their performance and notify them of next steps in the hiring process
