Position Summary The Business Analysis Manager plans and executes analyses that inform Operations leaders and cross-functional partners with the insights needed to improve performance and profitability. This role favors the extremely analytical. This person will need to be comfortable rolling up their sleeves with data, spreadsheets, and models. This person will thrive on the challenges inherent in dissecting complex problems, utilizing facts/data to derive a conclusion and delivering clear recommendations to improve results. It requires a self-starter who is obsessed with continuously improving business performance through analytics, metric/KPI design, and insight generation. You will need the ability to extract the big picture through data modeling and analysis and formulate robust viewpoints. You need the ability to search out and dig up the information you need from disparate sources so you can meet your deadlines. A successful candidate will know how to tie it all together – finding and building/leveraging data sets, analyzing/presenting the data with applied business acumen, and executive presentation/storytelling. Responsibilities: Key contributor to Core Sales Operations (part of our T-Mobile for Business Group) strategy across multiple programs and sales segments. Assist team to develop reporting and business initiatives that deliver on that strategy. Continually optimize performance and produce reports and conduct analyses that provide fact-based viewpoints. Requires comfortably working with and analyzing large sets of data: Source, scrub, mine, dissect, aggregate, and analyze/model data as needed to arrive at and drive key insights. Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Partner with upstream data suppliers and analytics partners throughout the enterprise to game plan and continuously increase efficiency in data/analytics delivery. Develop and manage positive peer, partner, and internal customer relationships in a collaborative team environment. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by Core Ops leadership as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree - Quantitative concentration preferred (finance, engineering, economics, statistics) 7-10 years Business analysis/consulting experience (financial and/or operational analysis) Experience and knowledge working with large data sets Proven experience with report creation, data analysis/visualization and business case development Proficiency with SQL Queries (Oracle, Teradata, Snowflake, other) Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Proficiency using Power BI or Tableau Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM/Sales terminologies and metrics Preferred Sales Operations or Business Sales experience At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GED T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. T-Mobile will require proof of vaccination prior to successful applicant’s first day of work, and will consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase (1) as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not cause T-Mobile undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others, or (2) for other reasons under applicable law. Washington Pay Range : $99,600.00 - $134,800.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
