*** This position may be located in Belleuve, WA; Herndon, VA; or New York, NY. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in office.

We're looking for a seasoned digital media professional to lead the in-house Ad Operations team that supports all lines of business across the TMUS enterprise. This role is a leader within our organization charged with collaborating internally and externally to bring to life innovative media executions with data-backed business results.

Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Digital Ad Operations and Creative Decisioning, you'll lead a team of like-minded, results-driven media professionals in the ideation of DCO campaign strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of T-Mobile's digital campaigns. In parallel, you'll work in partnership with the Digital Media Steering and analytics teams to surface DCO campaign and creative insights and strategic recommendations to drive the business forward. A successful candidate will be an established veteran of the digital media space, with a proven track record for positioning media to advance a broader marketing strategy and a passion for supporting world class teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support T-Mobile's enterprise-wide digital personalization and creative testing strategy by ensuring flawless activation of new creatives and tracker integration.
  • Work with the Sr. Ad Ops manager to manage priorities for the team and lead the day-to-day execution of campaign activation tasks including creative implementation, tag generation, tracker integration, and decision tree configuration.
  • Work as a player-coach, supporting junior team members with campaign implementation, identifying the root causes of issues, outlining paths to resolution, and completing campaign QA.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for Ad Ops Associates, working through troubleshooting and execution of more complex requests.
  • Support the training, coaching, and mentoring of more junior team members in order to develop their industry knowledge, project management skills, and platform knowledge.
  • Support Sr. Ad Ops Managers with departmental and companywide objectives with regards to operational best practices and bringing critical initiatives to life.
  • Find opportunities to introduce or improve processes to enable a more efficient and error free implementation approach.
  • Support Sr. Ad Ops Managers with digital capability investigation and development of project plans for pilots.
  • Help foster the collaboration of team members during planning and buying cycles to inform audience, inventory, and creative strategy, execution and optimization.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

While the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications:

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of digital marketing experience (creative platform management, ad operations, or similar) whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform
  • 1 years of management experience with a proven record of coordinating diverse teams with disparate responsibilities to tangible business successes or goals while ensuring the health, development, and motivation of the team
  • 1 years of experience with implementing data-driven campaigns, applying dynamic creative platforms such as Google Studio, Jivox, Innovid, or others.
  • A working knowledge of Ad-Servers, DSPs, and the direct digital buying landscape
  • Hands on experience with the digital creative development process, and a working knowledge of the HTML5 and Rich Media banner development process
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaign from planning to trafficking and campaign setup, QA and launch, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS to address creative troubleshooting or minor code updates.
  • Familiarity with the broader AdTech landscape and an understanding of how each platform fits into the overall Martech stack and enables digital capabilities.
  • Ability to manage a range of campaigns across different products, goals, and target audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from end to end and coordinating resources to support in the successful and timely delivery
  • Dedicated, hard-working, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, resilient, creative, positive, confident under pressure, strong attention to detail with a relentless focus on quality. Be the calm amidst the chaos

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in multiple digital advertising platforms with experience onboarding and training team members on platform fundamentals
  • Proven success in consistently driving business initiatives - going above and beyond job description
  • Four-year college degree preferred

o Washington Pay Range: $98,500 - $133,200

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the statelisted. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as worklocation, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or belowthis range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus orperiodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees areeligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and whichis set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certainpositions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/orteam performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly orquarterly sales incentives.
