As Sr Operations Manager, you will identify T Studio operational needs and drive for solutions that establish processes, policies and procedures to meet those needs to improve quality, productivity and efficiency of the in house studio and its people. Job Responsibilities: Manage and facilitate budgeting and other financials of the studio, monthly operations report, vendor contracts/supply chain management Manage high level HR duties of the studio including new hires, contractors including onboarding. Manage resourcing and intake of projects into the studio, working with partners on briefs, messaging & timelines. Ensure quality assurance and trafficking materials developed by the studio are correct and sent to the proper channels for implementation into the marketplace. Effectively collaborate and build impactful training across the studio for new studio members Develop executive-level presentations, communications, and other reporting. Demonstrate excellent listening, collaboration, negotiation and communication skills. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree Advertising, Media, Design or a related field, or equivalent experience Work Experience: 4 years’ experience in an advertising agency, production or post-production professional environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Leadership Mentoring Must have leadership and mentoring skills & experience. (Required) Marketing Understanding of theories and principles of advertising, social media marketing, and design. (Required) Production Understanding of production & post-production software, tools, and equipment. (Required) Media Management Understand media & asset management & workflow in a studio setting. (Required) Ability to collaborate on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment. (Required) Experience with managing production crews, balancing budgets and knowing how to get great creative execution within project limitations. (Required) Licenses and Certifications: • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
