Job Overview
The Coordinator, Diversity will be responsible for providing coordination assistance to Project Managers in the areas of documentation, meetings and schedules. This role will support DE&I projects, oversee activities and details, and measure overall success. The duties will consist of managing various administrative tasks, tracking budgets, and ensuring that the projects and programs associated meet and exceed company goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative and scalable solutions that empower the DE&I team to deliver on our commitments.
- Build immersive experiences that deepen employee engagement, professional development, and impact.
- Provide project management, and operations support to ensure the DE&I team can focus on consulting and delivering value to the business .
- Monitors and supervises project status reporting for Project Managers. Assists with communications and scheduling.
- Successful execution of events, attendee feedback, and the level of support provided to the DE&I team.
- Develops process flow diagrams using Visio.
- Prepare and distribute project meeting minutes.
- Prepares PowerPoint Presentations.
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 2-4 years Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Executive, Administrative, or Business support experience (Required)
- Experience planning and organizing events (Preferred)
- Presentations skills, running and leading meetings (Preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint (Preferred)
- Ability to successfully perform advanced-level coordination and administrative duties (Required)

- The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
- At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
