Mobile Expert

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of the T-Mobile network.
- Assist customers in selecting the right mobile device, accessories, internet, ect. to meet their needs
- Perform technical sales, including explaining device specifications, plans, and pricing options
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and provide prompt service to customers
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, products, and promotions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technology networking.
- Strong knowledge of devices and their features
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Motivation to learn and grow with the team and T-Mobile as a company!

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
