Summary
T2S Solutions, LLC, a veteran owned small business, currently has an opening for a Strategic Planner to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze strategic goals and objectives to establish a desired end state and establish a strategy moving forward.
- Identify the policies and procedures within the department of defense and other government organizations to effectively meet desired end state. Make recommendations in areas that may require modification as required.
- Assist in the identification of resources to include equipment, personnel, and funding
- Coordinate and assist leading working groups for key stakeholders across the government to include general officer steering committees and council of colonel working groups
- Effectively communicate findings and the developed plan to assist the organization in reaching its goals
- Create and be prepared to brief presentations for senior general officers, senior executive service, and senior policy makers
- Assist stakeholders on the development of training and certification requirements and assist in the establishment of system and processes for the associate training and certification
- Provide weekly written updates
- Knowledge of Position Navigation and Timing technology, Navigation warfare is a bonus
Qualifications and Skills
- Active DoD Security Clearance Required
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in relevant competencies showing demonstrated increased responsibilities and successes
