What are the responsibilities and job description for the 911 Call Tester position at T3 Telecom LLC?
911 – Live calls to PSAP (VoNR, VoWiFi, RTT, test etc.)
N11 – Calls, texts, RTT etc. to different emergency service numbers
Stir Shaken – Different test cases involving calls and texts from Operator to other Operators
WEA – Testing messaging services using a test script in English and Spanish
RTT – Test cases including RTT and TTY
Troubleshooting on bridge if needed
Tester’ performance shall be measured by determining minimum number of calls attempted everyday failure of which may result in request to replace or terminate the resource
Additional scope related to regulatory testing scope may be added
MOP can be provided during project engagement
Training may be provided but the resources must have prior drive testing experience as they will need to work with minimal supervision
