What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Admin position at Taazaa Inc?
As a System Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver IT service and Remote support to end-users from all over the Globe
- Troubleshooting, managing of server hardware and Operating system related issues
- Responsible for testing and upgrading windows patches on regular basis
- Designing and managing Hyper-V, VMWare ESX, and related management infrastructure
- Monitoring and administrating Server, network equipment, Backup application
- Configuration and maintenance of Backup Policy and knowledge of backup tools
- Installation, configure and troubleshoot network end devices and windows software. Engineers monitor and maintain computer networks
- You need to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues by understanding the nub of the problems
- Creating and maintaining updated documentation
- Working with technical support services to develop solutions to problems with various products' support departments, including ISPs and hardware & software manufacturers
The ideal candidate working as a System Administrator will display:
- Windows, VMware, Hyper V Administration, Core OS - Windows, Windows Set-Up, HPSA, CCNA, NETWORK CAMERAS, AD, Hardware, DHCP, DNS, Office 365.
- Troubleshooting devices, Azure virtual machines
- Proven expertise to respond to all systems alerts - error indicators, error messages, failures, and peripheral malfunctions
- Experience with network, application and system troubleshooting, monitoring tools and responding to alerts, and reporting to the team
- Good understanding of system security (client, server, system hardening standards)
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
