You will be a part of a focused, creative team and help impact millions of lives positively. Your work will involve solving complex UX/UI problems. You shall also be responsible for the ownership of creating designs from scratch, design systems, and the corresponding UI Assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing user interfaces for a range of digital products
- Listen and understand user needs to make projects successful
- Take feedback and rapidly prototype visual designs
- Interact with and influence team members and business partners at all levels
- Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production
- Design elegant user experiences (Interfaces and Interactions)
- Create products that resonate on an emotional level using human insights as a source of inspiration
- Conceptualize and create illustrations, icons, and micro-interactions from scratch
- Create Pixel perfect designs
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, mood boards, style-guide
- Work closely with the development team to get the design output
Must Have:
- A strong portfolio of UI work and proven experience in designing complex mobile and web applications
- Experience working on large applications where style guides and design systems need to be created and managed
- Good knowledge of color theory and visual design principles
- Obsessive about pixel-level perfection of design
- Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, and the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams
- Undying love for collaboration and learning with a fearless and positive attitude
Technical Skillsets Required
- 5 years of relevant professional work experience
- Proficiency in Visual Design, UX Design, Micro Interactions
- Experience using Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, Balsamiq, and/or Invision
