Tabor Hills Senior Living Campus, a 169 bed, not-for-profit community located in Naperville, IL, has been dedicated to caring for our senior population for 125 years. Tabor Hills Senior Living offers an Independent Living Community, Supportive Living Community, Senior Day Services and a Healthcare Facility (skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation, respiratory therapy.) Tabor Hills has a 5 Star Quality Rating by CMS.
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team. This is a part time 20 hours a week position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Completes all processing of Tabor Hills payroll.
- Oversees total maintenance/updating of the payroll system.
- Reviews bi-weekly payroll for accuracy. Follows up with issues as needed.
- Enters employee status changes, uploads forms/files to payroll system.
- Ensures/makes correct and timely deductions and credits via payroll to employees.
- Responsible for all ACA compliance and administration.
- Processes and distributes year end employee W2 reports.
- Confirmation of garnishments and maintenance of files.
- Completes employment verifications.
- Attends all in-services/meetings as required.
- Assists Director of Human Resources as needed/directed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. EDUCATION: Some college course work in business preferred
2. EXPERIENCE: Required. Payroll experience a must. Specific experience with Paycom is a plus.
3. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Primarily sedentary in nature. Maximum lifting of approximately 10 pounds with occasional lifting of small objects. Sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
4. TRAVEL: N/A
5. WORKING CONDITIONS: Inside a well-lighted. well ventilated, highly visible area.
6. PRINCIPAL CONTACTS: Works with elderly residents, families, and other health care members/vendors.
7. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be capable to execute all terms and conditions set forth in the EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK, including, but not limited to:
