We are looking for a strong NYC-based generalist willing to think critically about contractual language and structure offshore workflows while being meticulous and process-oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing contracts on behalf of our clients, extracting key terms and pricing information to compute invoices for merchants. What You’ll Do
- Contract Processing:
- Process and review complex contracts submitted by merchants ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Extract key terms, pricing information, and other relevant data from contracts using predefined criteria and guidelines.
- Enter extracted data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
- Develop systems to scale contract processing.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of processed contracts to verify the accuracy and completeness of extracted data.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure consistency between contract terms and system records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies identified during the review process, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline contract processing workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy in contract processing.
- Leverage technology solutions and automation tools to optimize manual processes and reduce turnaround times.
- Customer Experience Function (25% Assignment)
- Respond to Support Tickets: efficiently address and resolve customer support tickets via email and chat, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions for all merchant concerns.
- Facilitate Client Success motion: assisting in creating, updating, and maintaining client success materials: including guides, FAQs, and best practice documents to enhance client experience on the platform.
- CRM Data Management: support entry efforts in CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information to enable effective tracking and reporting of client interactions and progress.
- Document and Track Client Success Actions: Act as a key resource in client success meetings, documenting discussions, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up to drive successful client outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in audit, assurance, accounting, bookkeeping, corporate finance, operations, high growth startup, or a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis, with experience using tools such as SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Familiarity and ability to perform Markov Chain Modeling
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
