Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop crew members to provide the best customer experience possible
- Leverage Company tools and communicate shift goals to the team so everyone has their eye on the prize
- Jump in when needed to ensure shift runs smoothly
- Certify the restaurant is kept clean so it's a fresh place to come and enjoy some Bueno food
- Support the General- and Assistant Manager in achieving the restaurant's business goals, including: sales, food and paper costs, labor costs, cash handling/controls, and inventory management
- Always display a sense of urgency and self-initiative
- Sets a great example for the crew by being on time and in proper uniform
