As part of our commitment to offering a unique culinary experience, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and embodying our brand's values. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere. - Present menus, provide recommendations, and take orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction. - Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to quality standards and presentation guidelines. - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to enhance the dining experience. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow. - Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue and enhance the overall dining experience. - Assist in bussing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. - Adhere to food safety regulations and procedures to uphold health and sanitation standards. - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. **Skills:** - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively. - Proficiency in food preparation techniques and an understanding of culinary principles. - Basic math skills for order processing, bill calculation, and handling payments accurately. - Knowledge of the food industry trends, including familiarity with diverse cuisines. - Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus. - Ability to assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area for optimal customer experience. - Commitment to food safety practices and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with regulations. - Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
