What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Prep position at Taco's El Superior?
Essential Functions:
- Ensuring the food preparation area is clean and hygienic
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, prepare condiments and garnishes and cooking food
- Sorting and storing ingredients
- Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored properly
- Dispose trash
- Clean storage, racks and floors
Qualification:
- Available to work flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
- Team Player
- Positive attitude
- Preferably with kitchen experience
- Ability to bend, walk and stoop for a prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
