Duties may include:
- Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the restaurant.
- Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all areas of the store.
- Light landscaping
- Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
- Dust fixtures, shelves, and product as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restrooms.
- Complete sweep logs, as directed.
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to follow directions and established procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Be responsible, punctual, and dependable. Access to reliable transportation is required.
