What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - NICU position at Tacoma General Hospital?
Job Details
Better health care starts with you.
Health care has changed a lot since MultiCare opened its first hospital more than a century ago. And today, things are changing faster than ever. But one thing has never changed - the impact a great nurse can have on a patient's health care journey.
As a MultiCare RN, you'll assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care. We'll rely on you to apply your specialized training, demonstrate critical thinking and consistently follow established processes. But most of all, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness as you interact with the patients who are trusting you with their care.
We'll give you options. With eight hospitals and over 18,000 team members, MultiCare is now the largest community-based, not-for-profit, locally governed health system in the State of Washington. This means you'll have plenty of choices as you look for the specialty and schedule that works for you.
We're changing health care for the better. We have a long history of innovation. Today, we're leading the way to more accessible, more affordable health care in the communities we call home.
We invest in people, not profits. Strong financial stewardship allows us to invest in new facilities, new programs and our employees. We offer tuition assistance, continuing education funds and a $20K Loan Repay program to help with school-related debt.
