What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab tech position at TactStaff?
The Dental Hygienist is responsible for performing assigned duties within his or her scope of practice under the supervision of the dentist.
The Dental Hygienist effectively interacts with coworkers, dentists, patients, and the community. What You'll Do : Assist in extensive treatment planning for periodontal care.
Exposes and processes radiographs. Provides patients with education on preventative dentistry and preventative periodontal care.
Provide nutritional counseling relating to cessation and prevention of dental disease. Provide therapeutic scaling and root planning procedures as needed.
Provide prophylaxis fluoride treatments. Who You Are : Excellent communicator Detail oriented Good interpersonal skills Compassionate Qualifications : State of California Dental Hygienist license required.
