Call Requirements - 3 evenings/nights per pay period (2 week period)
Patient Ratio 1:2
Provide hemodialysis treatments in chronic outpatient unit and acute services on inpatient units (such as PICU, NICU, BMT, etc.) Baxter/Gambro Phoenix Hemodialysis Machine - will train if not competent on this particular machine. But will need to have previous hemodialysis experience.
