Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Colchester, Vermont.
Job Description & Requirements
Assignment for 26-32 weeks. RN for Adult Home Health, 8H; 40H wk; BLS, Oasis exp req., need asap start, Must have at least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a home health setting and preferably someone who is fluent in Oasis. This candidate will need to manage a caseload of 22-25 clients and will be expected to do 6-7 units per day (which will be a mixture of routine visits, admissions, recertifications and discharges). We desperately need a candidate who has strong clinical/assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs.
Fac will accept COVID and FLU declinations; Covid info must be in packet. This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Cover Sheet: Per facility requirements, all coversheets must have correct dates, correct # of travel experiences, and education degree date must match the date on Nursys.Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.
