TRAVEL - RN - Med Surg (620) - Surgical Robotics - Swedish MC - 7P - 7A Unit Information: ( Surgical Robotics (Med/Surg)/620 ) Location: Swedish MC General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -24 Number of Staff – Type of staff: Day Shift – Need nights Night Shift – 1 charge, 5 nurses, 1-2 techs Patient Ratios – 5:1 Type of equipment – med/surg EMR - meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Med/surg/post op experience Meditech experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. GYN/Onc experience Urology experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Post op assessments/care Post Prostatectomy care Post Hysterectomy care CBI Pain management including PCA’s and Epidurals Foley catheter maintenance Best personality Fit: Team-oriented Compassionate Flexible/copes well with fast-paced environment Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
