The Axel Group is seeking a Land Development Manager to join our client’s team out of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The Land Development Manager is to work across a variety of residential projects in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of opportunities that fit company’s land development strategies
- Responsible for the successful delivery of new projects through use of construction schedules, contract documents, land development budgets, environmental studies, Geotechnical reports, Engineering and Architectural construction plans and permit compliance report
- Development/Entitlement Budgeting
- Assist in performing due diligence for property acquisition
- Computer literacy, including word-processing, spreadsheet analysis, project scheduling and data management software
- Oversee projects from permit approvals through construction and final certification and community turnover
- Ability to read and understand engineering and architectural plans
- Understanding of current market trends in land development and homebuilding
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experiences
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
