Chef/Owner Troy Guard currently operates 13 restaurants in the Denver, Fort Collins, and Houston markets. Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled FOH Manager to supervise the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to fulfill restaurant expectations set forth by Troy.
We are looking for a skilled FOH Manager to supervise the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to fulfill restaurant expectations set forth by Troy.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hiring staff, procuring supplies, keeping an inventory, scheduling shifts
- Assisting with event planning, resolving guest complaints
- Complying with safety procedures are just a few of the responsibilities.
- Our FOH Manager should be comfortable and qualified to reprimand employees when necessary
- Serve as an extension of the owner, Troy.
Qualifications:
- Management and Restaurant experience required.
- Prefer to see at least 2 years of management experience.
- Our ideal applicant will be able to motivate staff
- Have the know-how to learn and teaching practices
- Have the charisma to charm every guest.
