ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:
- Analyze financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data; recommending actions.
- Review coding, maintain reports for GL and Charts of Accounts, and data analysis.
- Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Increase productivity by researching automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
- Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Create customized client reporting for all bill pay clients.
Education, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or any finance related degree is a plus
- Minimum of one to three years’ experience as a junior financial analyst, financial analyst, or in a similar role
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment, computers and various programs including databases, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized
- Good research, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills – verbal and oral
- Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
