- Team Leadership – Oversee staff, train, and coach team members
- Customer Service Excellence – Address client needs
- Facility Oversight– Ensure the cleanliness of the kennel, manage supplies, and maintain playgroups
- Pet Care – Oversee feeding, medication, and ensure a safe and happy environment for our pets
- Experience – At least 6 months of management experience in a similar setting
- Teachability – Eager to learn and adapt
- Authorization – U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Self-Motivated – Able to work independently and take initiative

- Physical Stamina – Comfortable with physical tasks that require kneeling, crouching, walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, bending, or climbing
