Part Time Nanny

A warm and welcoming family in Middleton, WI is looking for an experienced and loving nanny to join their family.

They welcomed their first child in November and have loved spending quality time as a new family of three. As a family, they like to stay active and enjoy going for walks, doing yoga, playing tennis, and cooking together.

The 3 month old has a sweet calm demeanor and is impressing mom and dad with how well of a sleeper he is!

The family is searching for a nanny who truly enjoys working with children. They are seeking someone who will actively plan and engage their son in age-appropriate activities designed to stimulate his sensory and motor skills, fostering his overall growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood development, implementing Montessori principles, and creating a loving environment for their son. Someone who is kind, loving, self-motivated and safety oriented will be a great fit for this family.

The infant will always be the top priority. During downtime, the family would appreciate assistance with baby-related tasks. This includes tidying/general organization of the nursery and common play areas, baby laundry, unloading/loading the dishwasher, washing bottles, and, eventually, meal preparation for the baby.

The family truly values the nanny and views them as an extension of their parenting team. They hope to find someone who can grow with them and be with them long term.

Interviewing now with the position to begin February 12 (flexible for the right candidate).

Schedule: M-Fr: 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm

Compensation: $20-23 /hr

Benefits: 20 hours guaranteed per week, paid federal holidays, 3 paid sick days, 5 days PTO of nanny’s choice, additional PTO when family takes vacation, raises and bonuses based on performance

Notes:

-mom works from home office; nanny is responsible for full-care of infant while in the home
