What you’ll do
- Develop a product strategy and product roadmap in support of enterprise goals and objectives
- Manage Product Roadmap, Priorities and Product Release schedule by coordinating with all stakeholders
- Work closely with leadership team to understand and define product capabilities and be able to clearly articulate them to all levels of the organization
- Initiate and manage idea generation, gap identification, financial attractiveness, feature prioritization, and feature definition for products
- Engage with engineering and project management teams during implementation to answer any questions about the features and any scope tradeoff decisions
- Collaborate with cross functional IT partners to understand the business impact of any planned enhancement releases in and around the Financial Systems and environments and submit and track requirements on behalf of the Finance organization
- Coordinate UAT cycle and post launch activities to validate the product feature works as expected
- Define and track key product metrics
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields
- 10 years of experience product management
- 10 years of experience with Financial Systems such as Oracle ERP-Financial, PeopleSoft FS, Procure to Pay, or other Financial Systems
- Experience with Product Management for financial facing applications
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Strong communication and presentation skills are needed with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (General Accounting, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Tax, Payroll, Asset Management) as well as translate financial data and needs into technical requirements documents
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to deliver results
- Ability to work independently and alongside a team
- Organizational and mentoring skills

$104,300-$155,000. This salary range is specific to Colorado and New York and may differ in other locations. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location.
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a hybrid location near the Houston Corporate office or remotely.
