With our continued growth, we are looking for a Project & Data Specialist to join our team onsite in our Fond Du Lac, WI office.

The Role

• Provide ongoing support to organization wide projects
• Field incoming calls: providing data or follow up as required
• Complete outbound calls and all follow ups for hotlines/locates as required for all city, county, and/or state agencies
• Actively participate in team projects, collaborating on tasks
• Input, maintain and analyze data in various programs and systems
• Communicate efficiently with internal and external customers at all levels
• Utilizing mapping software & locate software
• Provide backup support for team
• Ad-hoc reporting and tracking
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 year(s) administrative support, data entry or relatable experience required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook & Access
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
• Excellent data entry skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Ability to adjust priorities frequently while staying organized and focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to build and cultivate positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to work at a desk utilizing computer and phone equipment
