The Role
- Partner with leaders to execute recruitment strategy of assigned markets
- Manage job requisitions from post to close
- Cultivate and foster market relationships to develop a pipeline of candidates
- Communicate promptly and effectively with candidates
- Evaluate applications, complete screening and/or interviewing
- Facilitate and participate in career fairs, hiring events and market engagement opportunities
- Follow best practices in compliance with local, state and federal law
- Occasional travel regionally as needed, estimated 10-15%
- Other items as needed
Requirements
- 2 years of Customer Service, HR, Talent Acquisition or Administrative experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to manage time and deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail
