Are you an experienced Global Compensation and Benefits Operations professional with Workday and global optimization expertise? As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth in the U.S. and Europe, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring a Global Compensation and Benefits Operations lead in the US with a passion for enhancing global end-to-end processes, digital solutions, and helping patients.
This is a vital role within the People Solutions function— a dynamic team within Takeda Business Solutions. People Solutions is a newly formed function within Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) with the objective of enabling Takeda’s business strategy, delivering simplification, improving service and ensuring a positive employee experience. ‘Building and Delivering Simplified and Innovative Solutions’ is our overarching vision with Patients at the center of all that we do.
As the Global Compensation and Benefits Operations lead, you will utilize your deep subject matter expertise to enhance our Global Compensation and Benefits Operations program delivery and lead a team of Compensation and Benefits professionals across four regions and 90 countries. Reporting to the Global Center of Excellence and Innovation Support leader, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to the business, and our Global COEI partners in Human Resources.
Accelerate value & make an impact by:
- Lead a team of global and regional Compensation and Benefits professionals on driving a meaningful engagement for employees through the delivery of world class compensation and benefit programs.
- Ensure the administration of the compensation and benefit programs are in line with company policies, plan documentation and applicable regulations, including, but not limited to Year-End Compensation Planning, US Annual Enrollment, country-specific policy renewals, etc.
- Partner with our Center of Excellence and Innovation (COEI) HR partners to understand upcoming policy and program changes, ensure portal content is up-to date, and share metrics and opportunities for improvements.
- Support compliance audits, required filings, and all other compliance related initiatives, as required.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR
- A combination of 10 years’ experience leading Global Compensation and Benefits program operations
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience
- Broad understanding of European government agencies and in-country benefits experience
- Expertise in leading delivery of Annual Compensation and Benefits planning cycles
- Requires maturity, confidence and change leadership
- Strong project management and optimization mindset
- Workday and ServiceNow system experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Six Sigma certification
