**Job Description**
**_OBJECTIVE:_**
Work within the organization to advance the objectives and vision of the Head of Regulatory
Drive the development and evolution of GRA resource and capacity models
Partner with Finance and the R&D Opera team to validate GRA capacity models
**_ACCOUNTABILITIES:_**
Work within the organization to advance the objectives and vision of the Head of Regulatory
Accountable for development and evolution of GRA resource and capacity models
Accountable for partnering with Finance and Opera teams to ensure GRA resourcing models are validated and fit for purpose.
Accountable for identifying and deploying methods and tools that facilitate resource and capacity modeling of GRA resources across the full lifecycle of our products
Serve as the GRA resource and capacity steward
Actively partner with GRA functions to develop and refine capacity models as the portfolio and organization evolves.

Requires significant subject matter expertise in both full lifecycle management of products & resource and capacity planning

_Bachelor's degree or related experience is required. Scientific or closely -related field preferred; Advanced degree preferred_
_10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with direct leadership experience in at least one of the following: clinical development, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs or clinical supplies_
_Management experience in R&D operations or related field, leading and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders_
_Direct experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field required_
_Previous experience leading a medium to large organization and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders is a plus_
_Health care business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry_
